Miles and Smiles Holidays - Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Miles and Smiles Holidays. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions before using our services. By booking a tour or any travel-related service with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

Booking and Payment

  1. Availability:- All bookings are subject to availability.
  2. Deposit:- A deposit of 50% of the total booking cost is required to confirm your booking.
  3. Balance Payment:- The balance payment must be made 30 days before the commencement of the tour
  4. Payment Methods :- Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, PayPal, Net Banking, UPI, Credit or Debit Card.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation Process :- Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following conditions:
    • More than 60 days before departure :- 80% to 100% refund (excluding non-refundable deposits or fees).
    • 30 to 59 days before departure :- 50% to 75% refund.
    • 15 to 29 days before departure :- 25% to 50% refund.
    • 14 days or less before departure :- No refund.
  2. Refund Processing :- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request.

Changes to Bookings

  1. Requesting Changes :- Any changes to a booking must be requested in writing.
  2. Availability and Charges :- Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  3. Itinerary Adjustments :- Miles and Smiles Holidays reserves the right to make minor changes to the itinerary if necessary.

Travel Insurance

  1. Recommendation :- Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travellers.
  2. Responsibility :- Miles and Smiles Holidays is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the trip.
  3. Retention :- We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law.

Health and Safety

  1. Traveler Responsibility :- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and fit to travel.
  2. Medical Conditions :- Any medical conditions or dietary requirements must be communicated to Miles and Smiles Holidays in advance.

Travel Documents

  1. Traveler Responsibility :- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents.
  2. Liability :- Miles and Smiles Holidays is not liable for any issues arising from incomplete or invalid travel documents.

Liability

  1. Intermediary Role :- Miles and Smiles Holidays acts as an intermediary between travellers and service providers (e.g., hotels, airlines, etc.).
  2. Third-Party Responsibility :- Miles and Smiles Holidays is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused by third-party service providers.
  3. Liability Limitation :- Miles and Smiles Holidays' liability is limited to the amount paid by the traveller for the booking.

Force Majeure

  1. Unforeseen Circumstances :- Miles and Smiles Holidays is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or alterations to the itinerary due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest.

Complaints

  1. Reporting Complaints :- Any complaints must be reported to Miles and Smiles Holidays during the trip.
  2. Resolution Efforts :- Miles and Smiles Holidays will attempt to resolve any issues promptly.

Governing Law

  1. Jurisdiction :- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction].
